The organization’s ethos is built on the belief that financial knowledge and access to successful investment opportunities shouldn’t be the exclusive domain of the wealthy elite. Instead, it strives to democratize investment, providing non-traditional investors with the appropriate tools as well as opportunities to grow their wealth in ways previously unimaginable.

What truly distiguishes is their commitment to education and the self-assurance to act based on that education. “Our goal is to enroll people into the course because we believe that once they’re educated, they’ll feel more comfortable exposing themselves to the risk of investment. We’re creating a pathway to financial empowerment.”
In a landscape where access to financial education is often costly and exclusive, Private Syndication Club has taken a unique approach, ensuring that its educational offerings are within reach for anyone willing to learn. This strategy has proven effective, with most course attendees ending up joining the Private Syndication Club and participating in investment opportunities.
Private Syndication Club’s commitment to community and education will be on full display at their upcoming event, the Black RV Groups Rally, which will take place at Stone Mountain State Park from October 4th–6th, 2024. Milo shares, “What began as an ad hoc Facebook post has bloomed into a huge gathering, with over 600 respondents expressing interest. This event is a true opportunity for non-traditional and minority investors to learn, connect, and start their journey towards financial independence.” Participants are charged a bare minimum attendance fee of $45 per vehicle, which is ultimately credited to their first investment. This fee covers the club’s out-of-pocket expenses for holding the spots and ensuring that the event is accessible as well as self-sustaining.
As Private Syndication Club looks towards the next 5-10 years, its goals are ambitious, yet, grounded in its founding principles. The club intends to broaden its reach, allowing more non-traditional and BIPOC investors to form a network of empowered individuals who recognize the power of money and use it to better themselves and their communities.
Milo states, “We’re lifting people up as we have realized that they are the foundation of the opportunities we’re creating. Before I leave this planet, I want the next generation to mirror what we’ve done.” Whether through its educational initiatives or its innovative investment opportunities, Private Syndication Club is accelerating for a new generation of financially empowered individuals.
